The Film Development Council of the Philippines has the same agenda of helping film workers rendered jobless by this pandemic. CNN Philippines spoke to FDCP Chairperson Liza Diño-Suguerra.

Film industry appeals for aid for displaced workers

Over 860,000 film workers are out of jobs because of the pandemic. The Film Development Council appealed to lawmakers to include the live audio-visual content workers in Social Amelioration Program. The FDCP has extended 20 million pesos worth of subsidy to it's members.
