The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) and certified Meisner Technique teachers sign a Memorandum of Agreement to formalize the conduct of a free Meisner Crash Course for Filipino actors under the FDCP's Film School Program.

Through the FDCP's partnership with Meisner Studio Manila and Sightlines Actors' Space, actors will learn the Meisner Acting Technique from experts Angeli Bayani, Alecx Lorica, and Norbs Portales, the only designated Filipino Meisner teachers in the country.

In celebration of this year’s Pride Month, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) presents PELIKULAYA: MGA KUWENTONG MAPAGPALAYA ? PeliKULAYa offers carefully curated films and forums that champion equality for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It will put a spotlight on underrepresented members of the community by promoting inclusivity, diversity, and safe spaces for everyone to express themselves freely.
