As part of its regular programming, the Metropolitan Theater, in cooperation with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), offers you Mga Hiyas ng Sineng Filipino, a program that aims to bring back to the big screen some of the most important restored films of Philippine Cinema.
The exhibition of these important film cultural heritage fits perfectly into the mandate of the Metropolitan Theater to give premium to the exhibition of original Filipino works as well as to highlight the importance of preserving our cultural heritage and making these heritage assets accessible and available to the general public.
Mga Hiyas ng Sineng Filipino screenings featuring "Dalagang Ilocana" by Olive La Torre, "Pagdating sa Dulo" by Ishmael Bernal, and "Sana Maulit Muli" by Olivia M. Lamasan at The Metropolitan Theater is rescheduled this Friday, February 25.
