In the first week of the CineIskool Films Lab and Festival, the 10 selected finalists will undergo Story Development and Production Management lab under the guidance of filmmaker Tops Brugada and producer Patti Lapus.

Kristoffer “Tops” Brugada is an independent documentary filmmaker, screenwriter, and professional lecturer with over 10 years of experience in the Philippine media industry. Among the feathers in his cap include recognitions from prestigious international award-giving bodies such as the George Foster Peabody Awards, the New York Festivals, and the Japan Prize.

Currently working as a resident line producer and head of production at Epicmedia Productions Inc., Patti Lapus is an alumna of UP Film Institute, NAFF Fantastic Film School, and Full Circle Lab (FCL) Creative Producers Lab.

Through this film lab, the CineIskool finalists will have one-on-one and breakout sessions with their resident mentors to equip them with the necessary tools and information they need to create truthful and insightful narratives that will translate into inspiring films. #CineIskool
