In line with Austria’s continuous global efforts to achieve the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the Austrian Embassy Manila and the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas (UST), will hold a film week featuring free screenings of six Austrian documentary films on the FDCP Channel from March 27 to April 2.
The Austrian SDG Documentary Film Week will highlight specific United Nations SDGs with six documentary films that explore discourses on gender equality, decent work and economic growth, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life below water, and life on land.
The week-long festival also aims to provide audiences the opportunity to experience the creative diversity and cross-border relevance of Austrian cinema.
